Communication with Licensing Officers, City Inspectors, or Fire Department Officials:
To ensure professionalism and transparency during inspections, all staff must adhere to the following communication protocols:
- Do not make assumptions or speculate.
If you are unsure of the details of an event or situation, do not attempt to guess or provide an uncertain answer.
- Respond appropriately.
If asked a question and you do not know the answer, say:
“I do not know the answer, but I can find out.”
Then, refer to:
- The Staff Handbook, or
- A staff member who works regularly in the room or who was present during the event in question.
- Avoid providing incorrect or incomplete information.
Inaccurate responses can raise further concerns during inspections.
- Always contact the Manager or Assistant Manager for clarification or support if needed. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance when interacting with inspectors.
These practices are in place to ensure accurate and professional communication with regulatory bodies and to maintain the integrity and reputation of Wundoroo Academy Inc.
